微课教学孕育于信息化教学背景下，微课指的是“按照新课程标准及教学实践要求，以教学视频为主要载体，反映教师在课堂教学过程中针对某个知识点或教学环节而开展教与学活动的各种教学资源有机组合”。[1]信息化背景下的微课教学对教师提出了新的要求，同时引发了教师对自身专业发展的深度思考，教师专业发展有多个具体途径，在这些途径的突围中，微课教学与教师专业发展之间有着冲突性的碰撞，同时在碰撞中也具有积极的促进教师专业发展的意义。
