微课教学孕育于信息化教学背景下,微课指的是“按照新课程标准及教学实践要求,以教学视频为主要载体,反映教师在课堂教学过程中针对某个知识点或教学环节而开展教与学活动的各种教学资源有机组合”。[1]信息化背景下的微课教学对教师提出了新的要求,同时引发了教师对自身专业发展的深度思考,教师专业发展有多个具体途径,在这些途径的突围中,微课教学与教师专业发展之间有着冲突性的碰撞,同时在碰撞中也具有积极的促进教师专业发展的意义。
微課教學孕育于信息化教學揹景下,微課指的是“按照新課程標準及教學實踐要求,以教學視頻為主要載體,反映教師在課堂教學過程中針對某箇知識點或教學環節而開展教與學活動的各種教學資源有機組閤”。[1]信息化揹景下的微課教學對教師提齣瞭新的要求,同時引髮瞭教師對自身專業髮展的深度思攷,教師專業髮展有多箇具體途徑,在這些途徑的突圍中,微課教學與教師專業髮展之間有著遲突性的踫撞,同時在踫撞中也具有積極的促進教師專業髮展的意義。

Micro-course teaching is conceived in information teaching background, micro-course refers to"in accordance with the requirements of new curriculum standard and teaching practice, teaching videos are being as the main carrier, organic combination of various teaching resources of teachers in the classroom teach?ing process for a point or teaching and carry out teaching and learning activities". Under the background of in?formation of micro-course teaching on teachers put forward new requirements, also cause deep thinking on their own professional development about teachers, there are multiple ways about teacher professional develop?ment, in these ways, there are conflicts between the micro-course teaching and the professional development of teachers, but also there is positive teacher professional development significance in the collision.
