20世纪80年代末期，我国开始逐步开展幼儿英语教育，我国的外语教学研究者也对此领域进行了系统而深入的研究与探讨，从而使幼儿英语教育在学术理论的指导下，获得可持续发展。然而，现阶段幼儿英语教师职前培养体系的不完善，导致幼儿英语教师的培养出现了一些问题，如缺乏教育行政部门的宏观调控、招生与培养封闭化、师范院校与幼儿园的关系日益疏离、课程设置以理论性课程为主等，不利于培养高素质的幼儿英语职前教师。基于上述问题的思考与探索，文章重新构建幼儿英语教师的职前培养体系，以期培养高素质的幼儿英语职前教师，推动幼儿英语教育的发展。

In the late 1980s, China began to conduct pre-school English education gradually and foreign language teaching researchers carried out the systematic research and exploration of pre-school English edu?cation so that it could get the sustainable development under the guide of scientific theory. Nevertheless, the backward of pre-school English teachers pre-service cultivation system prevents the further development of pre-school English teaching seriously. Based on the current analysis of pre-school English teaching and pre-school English teacher, the paper aims at the problems which exists in the current cultivation system of pre-school English teacher pre-service cultivation system in normal colleges and constructs scientific and rea?sonable pre-school English teacher pre-service cultivation system in order to cultivate the qualified pre-ser?vice English teacher in kindergarten and promote the development of pre-school English education.
