目的:探讨中老年2型糖尿病( T2DM)患者血清尿酸水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法选择住院的中老年2型糖尿病患者210例,根据颈动脉内-中膜厚度( IMT),分为颈动脉内膜正常组( A组)和颈动脉粥样硬化组( B组),比较两组间的临床资料,并对颈动脉粥样硬化危险因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果男性高尿酸血症的患病率高于女性。男、女患者B组在年龄、糖尿病病程、总胆固醇( TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( LDL-C)、血清尿酸( SUA)水平均高于A组。 Logistic 回归分析表明血清尿酸水平、年龄,糖尿病病程、LDL-C是中老年2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化的危险因素。结论中老年2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平升高是颈动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素。

목적:탐토중노년2형당뇨병( T2DM)환자혈청뇨산수평여경동맥죽양경화적상관성。방법선택주원적중노년2형당뇨병환자210례,근거경동맥내-중막후도( IMT),분위경동맥내막정상조( A조)화경동맥죽양경화조( B조),비교량조간적림상자료,병대경동맥죽양경화위험인소진행Logistic회귀분석。결과남성고뇨산혈증적환병솔고우녀성。남、녀환자B조재년령、당뇨병병정、총담고순( TC)、저밀도지단백담고순( LDL-C)、혈청뇨산( SUA)수평균고우A조。 Logistic 회귀분석표명혈청뇨산수평、년령,당뇨병병정、LDL-C시중노년2형당뇨병환자경동맥죽양경화적위험인소。결론중노년2형당뇨병환자혈뇨산수평승고시경동맥죽양경화적독립위험인소。
Objective To observe the relationship between serum uric acid and carotid atherosclerosis in middle-and old-age patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method 210 middle-and old-age patients with type 2 diabetes melli-tus in hospital were collected . They were divided into two groups according to intima-media thickness of carotid:A group:without atherosclerosis, B group:with atherosclerosis. The clinical characteristics were compared between the two groups. The risk factors of carotid atherosclerosis were analyzed by logistic regressionanalysis. Result The SUA, age,course of diabetes,TC,LDL-C in group A were all higher than in group B with significant differences,Logisticre-gerssion analysis showed that age,course of diabetes,SUA,LDL-C were risk factors of carotid atherosclerosis in mid-dle and old-age type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion Elevated SUA level is closely related to carotid atherosclerosis in middle-and old-age type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.
