目的：调查护理本科生对实习基地的意向，提高实习基地分配的效率，保证实习分配的顺利进行。方法：选取90名且即将进入临床实习的护理学专业本科学生接受实习基地选择意向的调查问卷。结果：选择在云南省内的学生58人占65.9%，原因好就业占58.6%；意在省外实习的学生23人占26.1%，原因开阔视野占69.6%；自己联系实习单位的学生7人占8.0%，原因离家近好就业占57.1%。结论：了解学生选择实习单位的意向及原因，便于实习分配工作的顺利进行，更好的完成实习分配任务，同时尽量满足学生的心理需求，使学生能够安心实习，提高学生的实习质量，更好的完成实习任务。

목적：조사호리본과생대실습기지적의향，제고실습기지분배적효솔，보증실습분배적순리진행。방법：선취90명차즉장진입림상실습적호이학전업본과학생접수실습기지선택의향적조사문권。결과：선택재운남성내적학생58인점65.9%，원인호취업점58.6%；의재성외실습적학생23인점26.1%，원인개활시야점69.6%；자기련계실습단위적학생7인점8.0%，원인리가근호취업점57.1%。결론：료해학생선택실습단위적의향급원인，편우실습분배공작적순리진행，경호적완성실습분배임무，동시진량만족학생적심리수구，사학생능구안심실습，제고학생적실습질량，경호적완성실습임무。
Objective:To investigate the nursing undergraduates' intention of practice base, in order to improve the efficiency of the distribution of practice base and ensure the smooth progress of internship distribution. Methods:90 undergraduate students who were about to enter the clinical practice of professional nursing for the practice base were selected to do intention questionnaire. Results:58 students who chose Yunnan province accounted for 65.9%, mainly because of good employment (58.6%);23 who intended to be interns outside the province 26.1%, mainly due to cause vision (69.6%). 7 contacted their internship units by themselves mainly for good employment (57.1%). Conclusion:Understanding students' intentions and reasons of choosing internship units, is advantageous for the internship assignment and management, and at the same time can try to meet the psychological needs of students, and thus improve the quality of nursing students' internship.
