目的：应用“五常法”对静脉药物配置中心进行规范化科学化管理，确保临床用药安全，顺利通过省卫生厅的验收。方法：对比“五常法”应用于静脉药物配置中心前后的情况。结果：实施“五常法”后，静脉药物配置中心的环境完全达标、差错明显减少，临床科室满意度提高。结论“：五常法”应用于静脉药物配置中心能大大改善工作环境，提高工作效率，防止差错发生。

목적：응용“오상법”대정맥약물배치중심진행규범화과학화관리，학보림상용약안전，순리통과성위생청적험수。방법：대비“오상법”응용우정맥약물배치중심전후적정황。결과：실시“오상법”후，정맥약물배치중심적배경완전체표、차착명현감소，림상과실만의도제고。결론“：오상법”응용우정맥약물배치중심능대대개선공작배경，제고공작효솔，방지차착발생。
Objective: To standardize the management of PIVAS with 5S method in order to ensure the safety of clinical use, and successfully pass the acceptance work of the provincial health department. Methods: Comparing the application of 5S on PIVAS. Results: The implementation of 5S has made PIVAS meet the standard completely, reduce the error significantly, and improve the clinical satisfaction. Conclusion:Application of 5S on PIVAS can greatly improve the working environment and work efficiency, and avoid the occurrence of errors.
