本文通过统计分析广西铝土矿、锰、锡、锑等12个优势矿产查明资源储量的数量、类型、结构、品质、空间分布及开发利用现状，对其资源保障程度进行研究，分析及研究结果表明：广西的高岭土、铝土矿、稀土、锰等矿产资源保障程度较高，未占用资源储量多，分布集中，开发潜力大，可作为今后矿产开发的重点。其中重晶石、钨矿资源保障程度亦较高，实行保护性开采可以满足我区2020年及较长时间的需求。锑、铅锌、金、银、锡因开发利用的程度较大，保有资源储量下降过快，新增资源储量较少，资源保障程度明显偏低，资源优势地位动摇。最后提出了加大资源的保护力度，加强资源勘查工作，实行矿产资源勘查开发的差别化政策，加强政府宏观调控作用，鼓励技术创新，提高资源合理开发及综合利用水平等建议。

This article is based on the statistical analysis on the amount ,type ,structure ,quality ,spatial distribution and utilization situation of bauxite ,manganese ,tin ,antimony and other 12 superiority mineral resources etc .in Guangxi ,China ,and makes research on the superiority mineral resources guarantee level . The results show that :the guarantee level of kaolin clay ,bauxite ,rare earth ,manganese and other mineral resources in Guangxi is high ,with a quantity of maintain reserves is abundant which has not been occupied , concentrative distribution ,and much potential .These minerals can be the focus of the future mineral development in Guangxi .The guarantee level of barite ,tungsten resources guarantee level is also high .It can meet the needs for mineral resources in Guangxi till year 2020 or even longer once it becomes protective mining .The minerals development and utilization of antimony ,lead and zinc ,gold ,silver and tin are comparably high .It leads to the maintain reserves fall too fast while new reserves are few ,the maintain reserved resources is over decreasing and the resource guarantee level were significantly low ,resources superiority will no longer there in Guangxi .Finally it puts forward some suggestions for strengthening mine protection ,strengthening resources exploration ,implementing differentiated policies in mineral resources , strengthening the macro control of the government ,as well as encourage technological innovation to increase the rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization level of resources .
