目的：观察应用记忆合金环抱器行多发肋骨骨折内固定术治疗连枷胸的临床效果及其在重症胸外伤救治中的作用。方法研究对象为2010年12月—2014年2月之间的29例连枷胸合并复合伤患者，采用记忆合金环抱器行多发肋骨骨折内固定术治疗，对治疗方案及效果进行总结分析。结果本组病人中28例顺利治愈出院，一例因伤情过重死亡。结论应用记忆合金环抱器内固定治疗连枷胸，能够快速恢复胸廓形状及稳定性，缓解疼痛，有助于骨折愈合，效果显著。
목적：관찰응용기억합금배포기행다발륵골골절내고정술치료련가흉적림상효과급기재중증흉외상구치중적작용。방법연구대상위2010년12월—2014년2월지간적29례련가흉합병복합상환자，채용기억합금배포기행다발륵골골절내고정술치료，대치료방안급효과진행총결분석。결과본조병인중28례순리치유출원，일례인상정과중사망。결론응용기억합금배포기내고정치료련가흉，능구쾌속회복흉곽형상급은정성，완해동통，유조우골절유합，효과현저。
Objective To investigate the application of shape memory alloy embracing fixator for clinical effect of multiple rib fracture fixation for the treatment of flail chest and the therapeutic effects of severe thoracic trauma.Methods The study included 29 cases of flail chest merge between December 2010 February 2014 patients with multiple trauma,with memory alloy embracing fixator for multiple rib fracture fixation,to analyze the treatment and effect.Results In this group of patients 28 cases were successfully cured,one case died because of severe injury.Conclusion The application of memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of flail chest,can quickly recover the chest shape and stability,relieve pain,help fracture healing,effect.
