目的：探讨通心络对改善冠心病心绞痛伴抑郁症状患者生活质量和抑郁状态的疗效。方法将冠心病心绞痛伴抑郁障碍的患者72例随机分成2组，每组36例。对照组予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上再给予通心络胶囊治疗，疗程均为8周，治疗前后应用西雅图心绞痛量表（ SAQ）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ HAMD）分别评定患者健康相关的生活质量和抑郁状态。结果与治疗前比较，观察组患者治疗后心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作、治疗满意程度和疾病认知程度均显著改善，对照组心绞痛发作情况、治疗满意度、疾病认知程度均有改善（ P ＜0?．05或P ＜0．01）。观察组在心绞痛稳定状态和心绞痛发作方面的改善与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．01）。2组HAMD评分较治疗前均显著下降（ P ＜0．01），且观察组较对照组下降更显著（ P ＜0．01）。2 组的治疗总有效率分别为77．78％和36．11％，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．01）。结论加用通心络治疗较常规治疗能改善冠心病心绞痛伴抑郁症状患者的生活质量及抑郁状态。
목적：탐토통심락대개선관심병심교통반억욱증상환자생활질량화억욱상태적료효。방법장관심병심교통반억욱장애적환자72례수궤분성2조，매조36례。대조조여상규치료，관찰조재상규치료기출상재급여통심락효낭치료，료정균위8주，치료전후응용서아도심교통량표（ SAQ）화한밀이돈억욱량표（ HAMD）분별평정환자건강상관적생활질량화억욱상태。결과여치료전비교，관찰조환자치료후심교통은정상태、심교통발작、치료만의정도화질병인지정도균현저개선，대조조심교통발작정황、치료만의도、질병인지정도균유개선（ P ＜0?．05혹P ＜0．01）。관찰조재심교통은정상태화심교통발작방면적개선여대조조상비차이유통계학의의（ P ＜0．01）。2조HAMD평분교치료전균현저하강（ P ＜0．01），차관찰조교대조조하강경현저（ P ＜0．01）。2 조적치료총유효솔분별위77．78％화36．11％，차이구유통계학의의（ P ＜0．01）。결론가용통심락치료교상규치료능개선관심병심교통반억욱증상환자적생활질량급억욱상태。
Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on improvement of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients with depression symptoms and quality of life of depressive state .Methods Seventy-two cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease accompanied with depression were randomly divided into 2 groups, 36 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment , the observation group based on the conventional treatment , also added Tongxinluo capsule treatment, treatment for 8 weeks, before and after the treatment , using the Seattle Angina Questionnaire ( SAQ) and Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD) to evaluate patients ’ health related quality of life and depres-sion state.Results Compared with before treatment , patients in the observation group after treatment , angina pectoris condi-tion, the attack of angina pectoris , treatment satisfaction and disease cognitive level were significantly improved , the control group’s attack of angina pectoris , treatment satisfaction, disease recognition degree were improved ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Angina pectoris condition and angina pectoris improvement in the observation group was significant difference from the control group ( P <0.01).Both of the 2 groups’ HAMD scores were significantly decreased than that before treatment ( P <0.01), and the observation group decreased more significantly than in the control group ( P <0.01).The total effective rate of the 2 group were 77.78%and 36.11%, with significant difference ( P <0.01).Conclusion The quality of life and de-pression condition can be improved with Tongxinluo capsule combined with routine treatment for patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and depression symptoms .
