目的：观察参松养心胶囊辅治失眠症的临床疗效。方法将72例失眠症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各36例。2组患者均给予心理治疗和行为干预，在此基础上治疗组加服参松养心胶囊每次4粒，每天3次，疗程4周；早期辅以艾司唑仑每晚1 mg，疗程1周。对照组加服艾司唑仑每晚1 mg，疗程4周。观察治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（ PSQI）变化及临床疗效，并记录药物不良反应。结果2组治疗后PSQI总分均有改善，差异均有统计学意义（ P ＜0(．05），且治疗组优于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。治疗前和治疗后差值比较，治疗组在睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、催眠药物，日间功能改善方面优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05），而睡眠障碍评分无显著差异（ P ＞0．05）。疗程结束后治疗组总有效率为85．7％，高于照组的61．8％（χ2＝5．130， P ＜0．05）；治疗组不良反应发生率为57．％，对照组为38．2％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝10．72， P ＜0．01）。结论参松养心胶囊辅治失眠症安全而有效。
목적：관찰삼송양심효낭보치실면증적림상료효。방법장72례실면증환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，각36례。2조환자균급여심리치료화행위간예，재차기출상치료조가복삼송양심효낭매차4립，매천3차，료정4주；조기보이애사서륜매만1 mg，료정1주。대조조가복애사서륜매만1 mg，료정4주。관찰치료전후필자보수면질량지수량표（ PSQI）변화급림상료효，병기록약물불량반응。결과2조치료후PSQI총분균유개선，차이균유통계학의의（ P ＜0(．05），차치료조우우대조조（ P ＜0．05）。치료전화치료후차치비교，치료조재수면질량、입수시간、수면시간、수면효솔、최면약물，일간공능개선방면우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05），이수면장애평분무현저차이（ P ＞0．05）。료정결속후치료조총유효솔위85．7％，고우조조적61．8％（χ2＝5．130， P ＜0．05）；치료조불량반응발생솔위57．％，대조조위38．2％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（χ2＝10．72， P ＜0．01）。결론삼송양심효낭보치실면증안전이유효。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shensongyangxin capsule in the treatment of insomnia . Methods Seventy-two cases of insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , 36 cases in each group.2 groups of patients were given psychological therapy and behavior intervention , on the basis of this therapy , treatment group were treated with Shensongyangxin capsule with 4 capsules each time, 3 times a day, for 4 weeks;early time combined with estazolam every night , 1 mg, 1 week course of treatment .Control group took estazolam every night , 1 mg, 4 week course of treatment .The Pittsburgh sleep quality index ( PSQI ) changes and clinical curative effect , and the adverse drug reaction were observed before and after treatment .Results The total score of PSQI were improved in both groups after treatment , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05), and the treatment group better than in control group ( P <0.05).Com-pared the difference between before and after treatment , the treatment group’s sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep ef-ficiency , hypnotic medicaments , daytime function were better than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05), but there was no significant difference of the sleep disorder score ( P >0.05).After treatment, the total effec-tive rate of treatment group was 85.7%,higher than 61.8%in the control group (χ2 =5.130, P <0.05);treatment group’s incidence rate of adverse reaction was 5.7%, and control group was 38.2%, there was significant difference between the 2 groups (χ2 =10.72, P <0.01).Conclusion It demonstrated that the Shensongyangxin capsule in treatment of insomnia was safety and effective .
