目的：探讨保留乳头乳晕复合体（NAC）I期假体再造乳房联合前哨淋巴结活检（SLNB）在早期乳腺癌治疗中的临床应用。方法2006年3月—2013年5月，收集42例早期乳腺癌患者在前哨淋巴结活检提示无癌转移后，行保留NAC并置入假体，行I期再造乳房，术后定期按摩6个月以上，并给予适当的辅助治疗，术后进行外观评价。结果乳房术后外观评价优34例（80？．9％），良7例（16．7％），优良率达97．6％，术后并发症总发生率为11．9％（5／42）。随访5～90（47．5±42．5）个月，假体植入再造乳房外观满意，初期均手感柔软度好，8～12个月出现包膜挛缩3例。均未发现肿瘤复发转移。结论保留NAC I期假体再造乳房联合前哨淋巴结活检术在早期乳腺癌治疗中是一种效果良好的乳房重建方法。
목적：탐토보류유두유훈복합체（NAC）I기가체재조유방연합전초림파결활검（SLNB）재조기유선암치료중적림상응용。방법2006년3월—2013년5월，수집42례조기유선암환자재전초림파결활검제시무암전이후，행보류NAC병치입가체，행I기재조유방，술후정기안마6개월이상，병급여괄당적보조치료，술후진행외관평개。결과유방술후외관평개우34례（80？．9％），량7례（16．7％），우량솔체97．6％，술후병발증총발생솔위11．9％（5／42）。수방5～90（47．5±42．5）개월，가체식입재조유방외관만의，초기균수감유연도호，8～12개월출현포막련축3례。균미발현종류복발전이。결론보류NAC I기가체재조유방연합전초림파결활검술재조기유선암치료중시일충효과량호적유방중건방법。
Objective To investigate the retention of the nipple areola complex ( NAC) I stage breast reconstruction with prosthesis combined sentinel lymph node biopsy ( SLNB) in the clinical application of treating of early breast cancer . Methods From 2006 March to 2013 May, collected 42 cases of early breast cancer patients with sentinel lymph node biopsy showed no sign of cancer metastasis , these patients received retention of NAC and inserting a prosthesis and stage I breast re-construction , after operation , regular massage for 6 months or more , and give the appropriate adjuva .The postoperative breast appearance evaluation was excellent in 34 cases (80.9%), good in 7 cases (16.7%), the excellent and good rate was 97.6%, and incidence rate of postoperative complications was 11.9% (5/42).The follow-up lasted for 5 ~90 (47.5 ± 42.5) months, breast prosthesis implantation reconstruction revealed satisfactory appearance , early time revealed good soft-ness feeling in all of these patients , after 8~12 months, the capsular contracture were found in 3 cases.There were no tumor recurrence and metastasis .Conclusion Retention NAC I prosthesis breast reconstruction combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy in early breast cancer treatment revealed good effect .
