车轮与钢轨在运用中相互作用引起磨耗,在曲线区段轮轨磨耗尤为严重。本文以大量现场检修数据为基础,经过统计整理,得出机车轮缘及曲线区段钢轨型面磨耗演变规律。基于现场实测轮轨型面数据,建立了有限元模型,对曲线区段磨耗后车轮及钢轨进行弹塑性接触计算,有限元计算结果与现场检修数据相互验证。经过分析可得:机车车轮磨耗按轮缘磨耗速率不同可分为5个阶段,其中第3个阶段磨耗速率最低;圆曲线区段钢轨磨耗稳定期型面与磨耗后车轮型面接触性能最好,根据接触斑的变化可以得出曲线区段钢轨磨耗后型面演变规律。

Interaction between wheels and rails causes abrasion in operation,which behaves especially badly in curve sections of railway lines.In this paper,on the basis of a mass of field repair data of W-R profiles in dif-ferent wear stages,the law of wear evolvement of wheel flanges and rail profiles in curve sections was abstract-ed.On the basis of the measured data of worn W-R on profiles,the finite element method (FEM)models were built.Elastic-plastic contact calculations were carried out.The FEM calculation results and field repair data were mutually verified.The following conclusions are drawn:Wear of locomotive wheels is divided into five sta-ges according to the wearing speed of wheel flanges;the flange wearing speed remains the lowest in the third stage;contact of rails in circular curve sections in the stabilized wearing state with worn wheel profiles is the best performance;the evolvement rule of profiles of worn rails in curve sections can be learned from develop-ment of contact patches.
