本文通过对多家企业的536个样本的实证研究,认为诚信领导与员工关联绩效水平显著正相关,领导-成员交换关系作为调节变量对诚信领导与员工关联绩效之间的关系起调节作用;企业可以从管理者诚信领导层面和调节变量层面加强管理,引导和优化管理者领导方式,提高企业整体绩效水平。
本文通過對多傢企業的536箇樣本的實證研究,認為誠信領導與員工關聯績效水平顯著正相關,領導-成員交換關繫作為調節變量對誠信領導與員工關聯績效之間的關繫起調節作用;企業可以從管理者誠信領導層麵和調節變量層麵加彊管理,引導和優化管理者領導方式,提高企業整體績效水平。
본문통과대다가기업적536개양본적실증연구,인위성신령도여원공관련적효수평현저정상관,령도-성원교환관계작위조절변량대성신령도여원공관련적효지간적관계기조절작용;기업가이종관리자성신령도층면화조절변량층면가강관리,인도화우화관리자령도방식,제고기업정체적효수평。
In this paper , through the empirical study of 536 samples of enterprises we find that:authentic leadership is significantly positively correlated with contextual performance level;as a moderator variable , the role of leader-member exchange also affects the relationship between the authentic leadership behavior and contextual performance .Enterprises should strengthen the management of managers′authentic leadership behavior and moderator variable , to guide and opti-mize the district managers leading style , so as to improve organizational performance in the whole enterprise .
