目的探讨地塞米松在拔牙后局部应用与全身应用对拔牙后反应的影响。方法选择需要拔除下颌阻生牙的患者随机分为两组,A组在拔牙创面填地塞米松磷酸钠注射液浸湿的明胶海绵;B组仅在拔牙创面上填明胶海绵,术后口服醋酸地塞米松片0.75 g,2次/d,连续3 d。观察两组拔牙后反应的发生情况。结果局部应用地塞米松与全身应用地塞米松均能有效缓解拔牙后反应,两组间拔牙后反应发生情况无明显差异。结论拔牙创面局部填塞地塞米松较全身应用地塞米松更方便,且效果相当,并可避免全身应用糖皮质激素的副作用,值得临床推广使用。
目的探討地塞米鬆在拔牙後跼部應用與全身應用對拔牙後反應的影響。方法選擇需要拔除下頜阻生牙的患者隨機分為兩組,A組在拔牙創麵填地塞米鬆燐痠鈉註射液浸濕的明膠海綿;B組僅在拔牙創麵上填明膠海綿,術後口服醋痠地塞米鬆片0.75 g,2次/d,連續3 d。觀察兩組拔牙後反應的髮生情況。結果跼部應用地塞米鬆與全身應用地塞米鬆均能有效緩解拔牙後反應,兩組間拔牙後反應髮生情況無明顯差異。結論拔牙創麵跼部填塞地塞米鬆較全身應用地塞米鬆更方便,且效果相噹,併可避免全身應用糖皮質激素的副作用,值得臨床推廣使用。
목적탐토지새미송재발아후국부응용여전신응용대발아후반응적영향。방법선택수요발제하합조생아적환자수궤분위량조,A조재발아창면전지새미송린산납주사액침습적명효해면;B조부재발아창면상전명효해면,술후구복작산지새미송편0.75 g,2차/d,련속3 d。관찰량조발아후반응적발생정황。결과국부응용지새미송여전신응용지새미송균능유효완해발아후반응,량조간발아후반응발생정황무명현차이。결론발아창면국부전새지새미송교전신응용지새미송경방편,차효과상당,병가피면전신응용당피질격소적부작용,치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To explore effects of local and systemic administration of dexamethasone on post-operative recation to mandibular impacted teeth extraction. Methods The patients whose mandibular impacted teeth needed to be extracted were selected and divided randomly into two groups. Gelatin sponge soaked with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection was filled in the extraction wounded area of the patients in group A,while only gelatin sponge was filled in that of the patients in group B,with postoperative oral administration of dexamethasone acetate tablets(0. 75 g,twice per day for three days consecutively). And then,the reactions after the teeth extraction of the patients in two groups were observed. Results Local and systemic administration of dexamethasone can effectively alleviate the post-operative recation to mandibular impacted teeth extraction,and there was no obvious difference in reaction after tooth extraction between the two groups. Conclusion Local filling of dexamethasone in the wounded area after teeth extraction is more convenient than the systemic administration of dexamethasone;furthermore,it can avoid the side effects of systemic administration of glucocorticoid,so it is worthy of being promoted in clinical use.
