目的 探讨前列地尔联合奥拉西坦治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法 选取80 例急性脑梗死患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，在常规治疗的基础上，对照组给予前列地尔注射液治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用奥拉西坦注射液治疗，两组均连续治疗2 w，观察两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（ NIHSS）及巴塞尔（ Barthel）指数评分结果、血清中CRP 的浓度及安全性。结果 治疗后，治疗组NIHSS 评分明显低于对照组（ P < 0. 05）；Barthel 评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗7 d、14 d后，治疗组血清CRP浓度明显低于对于对照组（P<0.05）；两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论在常规治疗的基础上，采用前列地尔联合奥拉西坦治疗急性脑梗死，可显著提高患者的生活自理能力，降低血清中CRP的浓度，提高临床治疗的效果，且安全、可靠，具有较大的临床借鉴意义。

목적 탐토전렬지이연합오랍서탄치료급성뇌경사적료효급안전성。방법 선취80 례급성뇌경사환자，수궤분위대조조화치료조，재상규치료적기출상，대조조급여전렬지이주사액치료，치료조재대조조적기출상가용오랍서탄주사액치료，량조균련속치료2 w，관찰량조치료전후미국국립위생연구원졸중량표（ NIHSS）급파새이（ Barthel）지수평분결과、혈청중CRP 적농도급안전성。결과 치료후，치료조NIHSS 평분명현저우대조조（ P < 0. 05）；Barthel 평분명현고우대조조（P<0.05）；치료7 d、14 d후，치료조혈청CRP농도명현저우대우대조조（P<0.05）；량조균미출현엄중불량반응。결론재상규치료적기출상，채용전렬지이연합오랍서탄치료급성뇌경사，가현저제고환자적생활자리능력，강저혈청중CRP적농도，제고림상치료적효과，차안전、가고，구유교대적림상차감의의。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of alprostadil combined with oxiracetam in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Total 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group. On the basis of conventional therapy,the control group was provided with alprostadil injection treatment and the treatment group was provided with oxiracetam injection treatment in addition to alprostadil injection. Both groups were treated for two weeks;and then,America National Institute of Health Stroke Scale( NIHSS)and Barthel index score,concentration of serum CRP before and after the treatment were observed. Results After treatment,NIHSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0. 05);the Barthel index score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0. 05). After seven days and fourteen days of treatment,serum CRP concentration of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0. 05)at the same time. Both groups had no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy,alprostadil combined with oxiracetam in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the patientˊs self-care ability,lower the serum concentration of CRP,improve the clinical effect,and the combined treatment is safe and reliable,having great clinical significance.
