目的:了解公众安全使用化妆品的现状和对化妆品不良反应认知度,为药监部门和医疗机构监测化妆品不良反应提供理论依据。方法开展合理用药、安全使用化妆品宣传活动,设计统一的调查表,随机进行化妆品安全使用情况调查,发放调查表480余份,回收420份,有效表415份,并对有效调查表进行汇总分析。结果415例受访者女性374人(90.12%),男性41人(9.88%);涉及22种职业,300人知晓化妆品不良反应,占72.29%;会留意产品警示信息的有247人,占59.92%,84人有化妆品过敏史,占20.24%;119人选择出现不良反应后自认倒霉,不会找相关部门解决,占28.67%。结论公众对化妆品安全使用和不良反应相关知识认识不足,应加强普及化妆品不良反应知识,及时公布化妆品安全信息,提高公众科学、安全使用化妆品意识。

목적:료해공음안전사용화장품적현상화대화장품불량반응인지도,위약감부문화의료궤구감측화장품불량반응제공이론의거。방법개전합리용약、안전사용화장품선전활동,설계통일적조사표,수궤진행화장품안전사용정황조사,발방조사표480여빈,회수420빈,유효표415빈,병대유효조사표진행회총분석。결과415례수방자녀성374인(90.12%),남성41인(9.88%);섭급22충직업,300인지효화장품불량반응,점72.29%;회류의산품경시신식적유247인,점59.92%,84인유화장품과민사,점20.24%;119인선택출현불량반응후자인도매,불회조상관부문해결,점28.67%。결론공음대화장품안전사용화불량반응상관지식인식불족,응가강보급화장품불량반응지식,급시공포화장품안전신식,제고공음과학、안전사용화장품의식。
Objective To investigate the status of public cognition for safety use of cosmetics,and provide theoretical basis for pharmaceutical departments and medical institutions to monitor cosmetics adverse reactions. MetHods Question-naires regarding safety use of cosmetics were designed. In the promotional activities aimed at rational use of drugs and safety use of cosmetics,more than 480 questionnaires were randomly issued,among which valid 415 from returnd 420 were analized. Results Among 415 subjects,there were 374 females( acounting for 90. 12%)and 41 males( acounting for 9. 88%),and referred to 22 occupations. 300 subjects knowed the adverse reactions of cosmetics(acounting for 72. 29%). 247 subjects were able to notice the warning information( acounting for 59. 92%). 84 subjects had allergies of cosmetics( acounting for 20. 24%). 119 subjects chose silence after appearing adverse reactions,would not to solve for finding relevant departments (acounting for 28. 67%). CoNclusioN The public realization of knowledge related to the safe use and adverse reactions of cosmetics was not enough. It was very necessary to strengthen the popularization knowledge of adverse reactions of cosmetic, promptly announced the cosmetic safety information to increase public scientific awareness for safe use of cosmetics.
