表皮生长受体因子属于受体酪氨酸激酶家族成员，其过度表达和/或基因突变与多种肿瘤的形成具有密切的联系。近年来，小分子表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂的开发已成为肿瘤治疗领域中的研究热点。这里就表皮生长因子受体及其小分子抑制剂进行简要综述。

The epidermal growth factor receptor is the cell-surface receptor for members of the epidermal growth factor family of extracellular protein ligands. The overexpression and/or mutation of the epidermal growth factor receptor( EGFR) tyrosine kinase has been observed in many human solid tumors. Small molecular inhibitors that attenuate the ability of EGFR had become an important class of potential anticancer drugs. This article gave an overview of reports on EGFR and its inhibi-tors.
