Cetirizine Hydrochloride Liniment%Glycerin%HPLC-refractive index
目的：建立高效液相色谱-示差折光检测法（ HPLC-RID）测定盐酸西替利嗪搽剂中甘油含量的方法。方法月旭 Xtimate NH2色谱柱（4.6 mm ×250 mm，5μm），以乙腈-水（75：25）为流动相；流速1.0 mL·min-1；柱温30℃；检测池35℃。结果线性范围为1.0064~5.032 mg·mL-1，r=0.9993；平均回收率为102.7%，RSD为1.8%（n=6）。结论本法专属性强、准确度好、简便、快速。

목적：건립고효액상색보-시차절광검측법（ HPLC-RID）측정염산서체리진차제중감유함량적방법。방법월욱 Xtimate NH2색보주（4.6 mm ×250 mm，5μm），이을정-수（75：25）위류동상；류속1.0 mL·min-1；주온30℃；검측지35℃。결과선성범위위1.0064~5.032 mg·mL-1，r=0.9993；평균회수솔위102.7%，RSD위1.8%（n=6）。결론본법전속성강、준학도호、간편、쾌속。
Objective To establish an HPLC-RID method for the determination of glycerin in Cetirizine Hydrochlo-ride Liniment. MetHods Welch Xtimate NH2 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(75:25),the column temperature was 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1 and the RID temperature was 35℃. Results The linear range was 1. 006 4~5. 032 mg·mL-1 ,the regression coefficient was 0. 999 3. The average recovery was 102. 7%,and the RSD was 1. 8%( n=6 ). CoNclusioN The method was specific,accurate,convenient and quick.
