以夹马口灌区为例,在考虑灌区现状、水源情况、社会经济状况、灌溉面积等条件下,以灌区经济效益最大化为目标构建了灌区灌溉供水量在作物之间优化配置的数学模型,在模型中引入了经济价值较高作物种植比例过大的风险系数。运用内点法获得障碍函数,利用坐标轮换法求得灌溉面积优化结果,相应的灌溉效益较近5a种植面积平均值的效益增加了9.4%,且优化结果与实际情况相吻合。

Taking Jiamakou irrigation area as an example,this paper proposed an optimal allocation model of irrigation water supply in crops,ai-ming at achieving the highest economic benefit taking into account the present situation of the irrigation area,water source,socioeconomic status and irrigation area,etc. The risk coefficient of planting high economic value crops in a large proportion was introduced in the model. The barrier function was obtained by using interior point method and irrigation areas of optimization results were obtained through the coordinate supersede tech-nique. The corresponding irrigation benefits increased by 9. 4% in the average of planting area in nearly five years ,which was the same as the ac-tual situation.
