国外某水电站采用计算机监控系统监控，计算机监控系统由电站控制中心设备、现地控制单元LCU和100 MB／s光纤以太网组成。机组现地控制单元的主要监控对象为水轮发电机组、调速器、进水球阀及其附属设备、励磁及其附属设备、主变压器、发电机机端电压设备等，具有数据采集和处理、安全运行监视、控制和调节、事件检测和发送、数据通信、自诊断等功能。为保证水轮发电机组的安全可靠运行，机组LCU基于Quantum系列PLC设计，具有采用双机热备CPU、CPU主站与I／O分站分离设置、高分辨率SOE量采集、多种通信接口、采用触摸屏作为人机接口等几个特点。

The computer supervision and control system was used in a foreign hydraulic power plant. The computer supervision and control system consisted of computer control center equipment,local control unit (LCU)and 100 MB/s Ethernet over optical fiber. The unit LCU would supervise and control turbine-generator units and their auxiliary equipment,governor,Spherical valve,excitation and main transformers,etc. The functions of LCU included data acquisition and processing,safety operation monitoring,control and regulation,event detecting,data communication and self-diagnostics,etc. In order to ensure safe and reliable operation of the turbine-generator,the unit LCU designed based on Schneider's Quantum PLC of France. The unit LCU had dual hot standby PLC,CPU master station and I/O sub-station separation settings,high resolution SOE amount col-lected,with a variety of communication interfaces,as a human-machine interface touch screen and several other features.
