结合河口村水库一号泄洪洞偏心铰弧门的特点和运行要求,以及深孔弧门在以往工程中易出现的问题,重点介绍闸室段流道突跌突扩形式、水流掺气、闸室布置、偏心铰弧门主要参数选取、主辅止水新型形式、支铰结构与偏心轴位置关系确定、门叶结构特点以及首次提出双孔偏心铰弧门的同步控制措施等。偏心铰弧门利用偏心原理,借助辅机推动拐臂,带动偏心轴旋转,使弧门产生径向移动,前进压紧主止水,后退脱离主止水,由主机操作弧门启闭。

Considering the characteristics of Hekoucun Reservoir and the common problems of previous engineering practices,it focused on the key design points of the No. 1 spillway tunnel eccentric-hinge sector gate,including the basic parameters,positional relation between trunnion and ec-centric shaft,synchronism control measures for double-orifice eccentric hinge sector gate and others. Eccentric hinge sector gate utilized the eccen-tric principle,with the help of auxiliary hoist,drove eccentric axis rotate and made the gate move along radial direction. The operation of gate was controlled by main hoist.
