目的：研究分析耳穴结合刮痧在中医美容临床中的应用效果及安全性。方法：选择2012年8月～2013年12月期间来本院就诊的42例痤疮患者作为临床试验研究对象，所有患者均采用耳穴刺血结合刮痧的方式进行治疗，总结分析42例参与试验研究患者的总有效率。结果：42例痤疮患者经过持续3个疗程的治疗后，32例患者治愈，治愈率为76.00%；10例患者好转，好转率为23.00%；0例患者无效，临床总有效率为100.00%。结论：针刺耳穴结合刮痧的治疗方案能够在中医美容临床中发挥较大的最用，具有临床疗效显著，副作用小等众多优点，值得临床上广泛应用。然而，就当前现状来看，有关于针刺耳穴结合刮痧的治疗方案相关研究较少，日后还应当利用多种途径对此进行科学总结，从而为临床治疗提供可靠依据。
목적：연구분석이혈결합괄사재중의미용림상중적응용효과급안전성。방법：선택2012년8월～2013년12월기간래본원취진적42례좌창환자작위림상시험연구대상，소유환자균채용이혈자혈결합괄사적방식진행치료，총결분석42례삼여시험연구환자적총유효솔。결과：42례좌창환자경과지속3개료정적치료후，32례환자치유，치유솔위76.00%；10례환자호전，호전솔위23.00%；0례환자무효，림상총유효솔위100.00%。결론：침자이혈결합괄사적치료방안능구재중의미용림상중발휘교대적최용，구유림상료효현저，부작용소등음다우점，치득림상상엄범응용。연이，취당전현상래간，유관우침자이혈결합괄사적치료방안상관연구교소，일후환응당이용다충도경대차진행과학총결，종이위림상치료제공가고의거。
Objective:To study the application effect of ear acupoint combined with analysis of scraping in cosmetology of traditional Chinese medicine in clinic and safety. Method:select 2012 August December during~2013 in our hospital 42 cases of acne patients for clinical trials research object,all patients were treated by auricular seed pressing combined with scraping manner treatment,42 patients were analyzed in the study,patients with total efficiency. Results:42 cases of acne patients after treatment for 3 courses, 32 patients were cured,the cure rate was 76%;10 patients,the effective rate was 23%;0 patients were ineffective,the total clinical effective rate was 100%. Conclusion:acupuncture combined with scraping of the auricular points therapy scheme can play a larger most used in traditional Chinese medicine cosmetology clinic,has obvious clinical curative effect,little side effect and many other advantages,is worthy of wide clinical application. However,the current situation,a combination of treatment of the acupuncture points of ear scraping less relevant research,later should be scientifically summarized by various ways,so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
