目的：观察心理护理在整形美容手术中的疗效。方法：选取在我院进行整形美容的128例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组在传统护理上予以心理干预护理，对照组患者予以传统的护理，比较护理后两组患者生理、心理状态指标的差异。结果：观察组患者的生理、心理状态明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在整形美容手术中应用心理护理，能有效改善患者的生理、心理状态，提高整形美容的疗效。

목적：관찰심리호리재정형미용수술중적료효。방법：선취재아원진행정형미용적128례환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조재전통호리상여이심리간예호리，대조조환자여이전통적호리，비교호리후량조환자생리、심리상태지표적차이。결과：관찰조환자적생리、심리상태명현우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：재정형미용수술중응용심리호리，능유효개선환자적생리、심리상태，제고정형미용적료효。
Objective:To observe the effect of psychological nursing in plastic and cosmetic operation. Methods:128 cases of patients with plastic surgery in our hospital,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group in the conventional nursing of psychological intervention, compared to the conventional nursing to patients,differences between the two groups of patients after the treatment of physiological,psychological status indicators. Results:Patients with physiological, psychological state was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:the application of psychological nursing in plastic and cosmetic operation,can effectively improve the patient’s physiology,mental state, improve the efficacy of cosmetic surgery.
