目的:观察轴性高度近视合并白内障眼行微切口超声乳化术联合人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。
<br> 方法:2013-04/12对53例74眼轴性高度近视合并白内障患者行微切口超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术,观察患者术后1,3 mo最佳矫正视力和手术并发症发生情况等。结果:术后1,3 mo最佳矫正视力均较术前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1mo与术后3mo最佳矫正视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者均无视网膜脱离、虹膜损伤、瞳孔变形、黄斑囊样水肿、眼内炎等并发症发生。
<br> 结论:微切口超声乳化术联合人工晶状体植入术是轴性高度近视合并白内障患者有效、安全的治疗方式。

<br> 방법:2013-04/12대53례74안축성고도근시합병백내장환자행미절구초성유화연합인공정상체식입술,관찰환자술후1,3 mo최가교정시력화수술병발증발생정황등。결과:술후1,3 mo최가교정시력균교술전제고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);술후1mo여술후3mo최가교정시력비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。소유환자균무시망막탈리、홍막손상、동공변형、황반낭양수종、안내염등병발증발생。
<br> 결론:미절구초성유화술연합인공정상체식입술시축성고도근시합병백내장환자유효、안전적치료방식。
AIM: To observe the clinical effect of micro-coaxial phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in axial high myopia with cataract.
<br> METHODS: Fifty-three patients ( 74 eyes ) with axial high myopia and cataract underwent micro - coaxial phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation between April 2013 and December 2013. The best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA ) was observed at 1 and 3mo after operation, and the complications were recorded.
<br> RESULTS:Compared with the preoperative, BCVA was improved at 1 and 3mo after operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference between 1 and 3mo after operation(P>0. 05). There was no incidence of complications, such as retinal detachment, iris damage, pupil deformation, cystoid macular edema, endophthalmitis after operation in all patients.
<br> CONCLUSION: Micro - coaxial phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is an effective and safe method for axial high myopia with cataract.
