目的：分析评价羊膜移植联合角膜溃疡清创治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床疗效。 　　方法：2010-01/2013-12来我科就诊的真菌性角膜溃疡患者50例50眼,随机分为两组,其中试验组行羊膜移植联合角膜溃疡清创并同时给予抗真菌药物治疗,对照组仅给予抗真菌药物治疗。观察比较两组患者症状的视觉模拟量表( visual analogue scale/score, VAS )评分、溃疡愈合时间、视力及并发症的情况。 　　结果：两组患者治疗后1,2 wk症状的VAS评分比较,试验组患者较对照组自觉症状疼痛减轻( t=6.463,t=10.134；P<0.05),畏光减轻(t=5.02,t=7.534；P<0.05),异物感消失快(t=3.771,t=7.459；P<0.05),溃疡愈合时间短(t=9.524,P<0.05),1mo 后视力恢复较好(P<0.05,F=6.414),眼部并发症的发生较少(P<0.05,F=29.621)。结论：羊膜移植联合角膜溃疡清创是治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的有效方法,值得在基层医院推广。
목적：분석평개양막이식연합각막궤양청창치료진균성각막궤양적림상료효。 　　방법：2010-01/2013-12래아과취진적진균성각막궤양환자50례50안,수궤분위량조,기중시험조행양막이식연합각막궤양청창병동시급여항진균약물치료,대조조부급여항진균약물치료。관찰비교량조환자증상적시각모의량표( visual analogue scale/score, VAS )평분、궤양유합시간、시력급병발증적정황。 　　결과：량조환자치료후1,2 wk증상적VAS평분비교,시험조환자교대조조자각증상동통감경( t=6.463,t=10.134；P<0.05),외광감경(t=5.02,t=7.534；P<0.05),이물감소실쾌(t=3.771,t=7.459；P<0.05),궤양유합시간단(t=9.524,P<0.05),1mo 후시력회복교호(P<0.05,F=6.414),안부병발증적발생교소(P<0.05,F=29.621)。결론：양막이식연합각막궤양청창시치료진균성각막궤양적유효방법,치득재기층의원추엄。
AIM: To evaluate the clinical effects of amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer. METHODS:Fifty cases (50 eyes) of fungal corneal ulcer were included in this study from January 2010 to December 2013. The cases were divided into two groups randomly, the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was treated by antifungal drugs and amniotic membrane transplantation. The control group was treated only by antifungal drugs. The visual analogue scale ( VAS) of the symptoms, the ulcer healing time, the vision and the complications were observed. RESULTS: The symptoms of the experimental group were disappeared more quickly than the control group 1, 2wk after treatment, for example Pain ( t=6. 463, t=10. 134;P<0. 05), Photophobia (t=5. 02, t=7. 534; P<0. 05), Foreign body sensation (t=3. 771, t=7. 459;P<0. 05). The ulcer healing time of the experimental group were shorter than that of the control group (t=9. 524,P<0. 05). The vision of the experimental group was got better than that of the control group 1mo later (F=6. 414,P<0. 05). The complications of the experimental group were fewer than that of the control group (F=29. 621, P<0. 05). CONCLUSION: Amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective treatment to fungal corneal ulcer.
