目的：探讨歪鼻并鼻中隔偏曲患者采用联合整形术治疗的临床效果。方法：将我院2009年8月～2012年8月接收的200例歪鼻并鼻中隔偏曲患者作为研究对象，均给予其联合整形术治疗，观察其治疗效果。结果：本组200例歪鼻并鼻中隔偏曲患者采用联合整形术治疗后，随访12～24个月的结果显示：180例满意，满意率为90.0%，其余20例为基本满意。结论：歪鼻并鼻中隔偏曲患者采用联合整形术治疗后的效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토왜비병비중격편곡환자채용연합정형술치료적림상효과。방법：장아원2009년8월～2012년8월접수적200례왜비병비중격편곡환자작위연구대상，균급여기연합정형술치료，관찰기치료효과。결과：본조200례왜비병비중격편곡환자채용연합정형술치료후，수방12～24개월적결과현시：180례만의，만의솔위90.0%，기여20례위기본만의。결론：왜비병비중격편곡환자채용연합정형술치료후적효과현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Abstarct:Objective:To explore the crooked nose and deviated septum patients with clinical results combined with plastic surgery treatment. Methods:200 cases of crooked nose and deviated septum patients were as research subjects,both in our hospital received in August 2009 in August 2012,all patients were given their joint plastic surgery treatment,the treatment effect was observed. Results:The group of 200 cases of crooked nose and deviated septum plastic surgery patients with combined treatment,follow-up of 12-24 months showed:180 cases of satisfaction,satisfaction rate of 90.0%,and the remaining 20 cases was satisfactory. Conclusion:Crooked nose and deviated septum plastic surgery patients with combined treatment effect is remarkable,worthy of clinical application.
