目的：探讨口内切口在下颌角骨折手术中的应用。方法：20例下颌角骨折患者按治疗方法分为两组。观察组以口内切口复位内固定术进行治疗；对照组以传统口外入路行手术切开内固定术进行治疗。分析两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组，咬合关系恢复更佳、且无面神经损伤。结论：以口内切口复位内固定术对下颌角骨折患者进行治疗，临床效果显著，术后并发症发生率低，值得广泛推广。

목적：탐토구내절구재하합각골절수술중적응용。방법：20례하합각골절환자안치료방법분위량조。관찰조이구내절구복위내고정술진행치료；대조조이전통구외입로행수술절개내고정술진행치료。분석량조치료효과。결과：관찰조치료효과명현우우대조조，교합관계회복경가、차무면신경손상。결론：이구내절구복위내고정술대하합각골절환자진행치료，림상효과현저，술후병발증발생솔저，치득엄범추엄。
Objective:To explore the application effect of intraoral incision in Mandibular Angle fracture surgery. Methods:20 cases with mandibular Angle fracture were divided into two groups according to the treatment therapy. Treatment group was given intraoral incision reduction and internal fixation therapy,and control group was given traditional extraoral incision reduction and internal fixation therapy. The clinical effects were investigated. Results:The effect of treatment group was significantly better than control,and the occlusal restoration was better,no facial nerve injury. Conclusions:The intraoral incision in treatment of Mandibular Angle fracture surgery with significant effect and lower complication rate.
