目的：介绍异丙酚舒芬太尼静脉复合局部肿胀麻醉在硅凝胶假体隆乳术中的应用体会。方法：ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级实施硅凝胶假体隆乳术的患者1337例，给予静注咪达唑仑2～3mg和舒芬太尼12.5～15.0μg行麻醉诱导，接微量注射泵以6～10mg/（kg·h）的速度泵注异丙酚进行麻醉直到手术结束。记录手术过程中各阶段的生理指标及手术不良反应和镇痛满意度。结果：患者在整个手术过程中各时点生理指标比较无显著差异（P<0.05），少数患者术后出现轻微头晕恶心，术后总体满意。结论：异丙酚、舒芬太尼复合静脉麻醉配合局部肿胀麻醉在硅凝胶假体隆乳手术中具有较好疗效，值得推广。
목적：개소이병분서분태니정맥복합국부종창마취재규응효가체륭유술중적응용체회。방법：ASAⅠ-Ⅱ급실시규응효가체륭유술적환자1337례，급여정주미체서륜2～3mg화서분태니12.5～15.0μg행마취유도，접미량주사빙이6～10mg/（kg·h）적속도빙주이병분진행마취직도수술결속。기록수술과정중각계단적생리지표급수술불량반응화진통만의도。결과：환자재정개수술과정중각시점생리지표비교무현저차이（P<0.05），소수환자술후출현경미두훈악심，술후총체만의。결론：이병분、서분태니복합정맥마취배합국부종창마취재규응효가체륭유수술중구유교호료효，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect of diprivan combining sufentanil in local swelling anesthesia in silicone gel prosthetic breast augmentation surgery. Methods:1337 cases of ASAⅠ-Ⅱ patients accepting silicone gel prosthetic breast augmentation surgery were giving midazolam(2~3mg)and sufentanil (12.5~15.0μg)to induce anesthesia and inject diprivan(6~10mg/kg·h)via micro-injection pump. The physical signs,untoward effect and analgesia satisfaction were recorded. Results:The physical signs has no significant difference among patients(P<0.05),a few have slight dizziness disgusting postoperation and has a good overall satisfaction. Conclusion:There is a great effect of diprivan combining sufentanil in local swelling anesthesia in prosthetic breast augmentation surgery.
