基于构建丝绸之路区域物流协调机制的基本原则,丝绸之路经济带区域物流一体化协调机制的构建可采取“3+5+2”模式,即“国家—省区—企业”三个层级的协调机制主体,政策规划、产业结构、网络布局、企业培育、标准化制定等五个方面的协调机制客体,构建区域物流基础设施平台和区域物流公共信息平台两个协调机制载体。
基于構建絲綢之路區域物流協調機製的基本原則,絲綢之路經濟帶區域物流一體化協調機製的構建可採取“3+5+2”模式,即“國傢—省區—企業”三箇層級的協調機製主體,政策規劃、產業結構、網絡佈跼、企業培育、標準化製定等五箇方麵的協調機製客體,構建區域物流基礎設施平檯和區域物流公共信息平檯兩箇協調機製載體。

On the base of the construction principle of coordination mechanism for Silk Road Economic Belt ’s regional logistics integration, the construction model of coordination mechanism for Silk Road Economic Belt ’s regional logistics integration can take “3+5+2”model.“3+5+2”model is three levels of subjects-nation, province and enterprise; five levels of objects-policy planning, industrial structure, network layout, fostering enterprise and standard establishment; and two carriers for coordination mechanism- infrastructure platform and public information platform of regional logistics.
