选取河北北方学院部分医学本科生作为被试对象，通过问卷对教学模式、学生认真学习的因素、学习兴趣、学习方式等几方面进行调查分析，并结合调查结果及教学经验，提出提高课堂教学、加强教师指导和培养学生兴趣等解决方法，为医学细胞生物学及其他学科的教学提供参考。

This paper selects part of medical undergraduate in Hebei North University as subject,and designs the questionnaire including the items such as teaching models,factors of studying hard,learning in-terest,and learning style.Combining the survey results and teaching experience,the paper puts forward such solutions as perfecting classroom teaching,strengthening teachers’guidance,and cultivating students’ interest,which provides a reference for the teaching of other subjects as well as that of medical cell biology.
