The 10 # BF is using such comparatively not so good raw and fuel materials as coke on theground, purchased coke from market and self -produced pellets.Although the compositions of chargedmaterials have their records, material feeding is at too much randomness, which is equivalent to chargingwithout composition control, and has caused large BF condition fluctuation and temperature instability .Through taking such measures as using good quality materials , optimizing operation and strengtheningmanagement for the 10# BF, the purpose of improving technical and economic indexes has been effective -ly achieved.
