研究了安钢SCM435合金冷镦钢连方坯弯曲问题,通过摸索合适的二冷强度值,提高铸坯冷却均匀性,控制铸坯在辊道上的停留时间,提高上冷床时铸坯强度值,提高输送辊道精度,优化翻转冷床操作模式等措施。减少了SCM435合金冷镦钢方坯弯曲问题,取得了显著成效。
研究瞭安鋼SCM435閤金冷鐓鋼連方坯彎麯問題,通過摸索閤適的二冷彊度值,提高鑄坯冷卻均勻性,控製鑄坯在輥道上的停留時間,提高上冷床時鑄坯彊度值,提高輸送輥道精度,優化翻轉冷床操作模式等措施。減少瞭SCM435閤金冷鐓鋼方坯彎麯問題,取得瞭顯著成效。

Bending problems of SCM 435 cold heading alloy steel billet had been studied .Measures such as exploring a suitable secondary cooling intensity , improving the uniformity of the secondary cooling , controlling roller residence time of the billet , increasing the strength of billet before the cooling bed and improving the accuracy of transferring rollers , optimizing the operation mode of cooling bed and so on , the bending problems of SCM 435 cold heading alloy steel billet had been greatly reduced and huge suc-cess had been made .
