对新钢6#高炉炉况失常恢复实践进行总结,认为断风前溜槽已磨漏,布料较乱,复风后炉外出铁没有组织好,出铁被动,减风时间长,掉渣皮,是炉况失常的主要原因;而高炉工长对复风的性质及对渣铁物理热的认识不足,增加了炉况恢复的难度。通过精心操作与调整,炉况逐步恢复。

The paper summarized the restoration practice of 6#BF abnormal condition , and thought that the main reasons are as follows:before wind blowing break , the chute was worn off , charged material dis-tribution was in disorder , and after wind restoration iron discharging was not well organized , iron dischar-ging was ineffective and wind reduction time is long , slag skin dropped off .Furthermore the foreman for BF operation lacked enough awareness of wind restoration requirements and physical heat of slag iron , so the difficulty of restoring furnace condition was increased .Through careful operation and adjustment , fur-nace condition was gradually restored .
