在确定不同工况条件下EPB (土压平衡式)盾构机刀盘载荷边界条件的基础上,对刀盘的强度和刚度进行有限元模拟分析,提出采用加强筋的方式增强刀盘面板强度的方法,最终结果表明改进后的刀盘变形均匀,强度和刚度均有大幅度提升。

The strength and rigidity of the cutting tool of EPB (Earth Pressure Balance) shield are evaluated by the means of infinite element analysis on the basis of the boundary condition of the load on the cutting tool under different service conditions. A method to increase the strength of the cutting tool with reinforcing plates is proposed. The final result shows the improved cutting tool has even deformation and higher strength and rigidity.
