对压力容器用16MnR (HIC)钢中Mn含量对埋弧焊焊缝组织与性能的影响进行研究,结果表明,当焊缝中Mn含量在1.8~2.0之间时,焊缝金属的力学性能以及抗氢诱导裂纹性能能够满足使用要求;当焊缝中Mn含量达到2.2时,焊缝金属组织中出现了无碳贝氏体,降低了焊缝的低温韧性。
對壓力容器用16MnR (HIC)鋼中Mn含量對埋弧銲銲縫組織與性能的影響進行研究,結果錶明,噹銲縫中Mn含量在1.8~2.0之間時,銲縫金屬的力學性能以及抗氫誘導裂紋性能能夠滿足使用要求;噹銲縫中Mn含量達到2.2時,銲縫金屬組織中齣現瞭無碳貝氏體,降低瞭銲縫的低溫韌性。

In this paper, effect of manganese content on the microstructure and property of the submerged arc weld on 16MnR ( HIC) steel for pressure vessels purpose is studied. The result shows that, when the manganese content in the weld is between 1.8%and 2.0%, the mechanical properties and the resistance to hydrogen induced cracking of the weld metals can meet the requirement, and when the manganese content reaches 2.2%, carbonless bainite structure appears in the weld metal and reduces the low-temperature toughness of the weld.
