通过将传统油箱内部的固定隔板改变为浮动隔板,在油箱内装入规定高度的油液时,吸油区和回油区两侧产生液位差。当工作油泵从吸油区内吸油时,浮动隔板向下移动,使回油区内多余的油液流入吸油区,可大大减小油箱的体积,减少设备重量和占地空间,充分提高了油箱的有效容积。

The conventional fixed baffle in oil tanks is changed into floating baffle. In this way, level difference between the oil supply chamber and oil return chamber occurs when oil in the tank reaches a preset level. When a working pump takes oil from the oil supply chamber, the floating baffle moves downward to allow the oil in oil return chamber to go into the oil supply chamber. This can reduce the volume of oil tanks significantly, and the weight and space of the equipment that uses oil tanks , and increase the effective capacity of oil tanks.
