教学意愿是由教师对教学工作的价值追求所引起的行为倾向,是教师教学活动的内在驱动力,是教师教学行为的发动机和助推器。观念误导、制度阻滞和文化缺失是影响和抑制教师教学意愿的主要因素。回归教学本位、创新制度设计、重塑文化品质是激发教师教学意愿的基本对策。

The teaching willingness is the tendency caused by the teacher’s value pursuit for work, the inherent driving force for teaching activities, and the engines and boosters for teaching activities. The misguided notion , the blocking system and the cultural loss are the main factors which influence and restrain the teaching willingness. Thus, the basic countermeasures for stimulating the teaching willingness are the returning for teaching-based education, the innovating for system design and the reshaping for cultural quality.
