目的:探讨肺心病心力衰竭患者脑纳肽( BNP)、超敏C反应蛋白( hs-CRP)与心功能关系,为临床诊断评估肺心病心力衰竭患者提供依据。方法选择我院肺心病心力衰竭患者200例(疾病组),并进行心功能分级;选取同期健康人群200例(对照组),测量血清hs-CRP、BNP水平。结果疾病组BNP和hs-CRP分别为415.28±96.73f g/ml和86.83±17.50 ng/ml,均高于对照组(P<0.05);随着心功能分级Ⅰ级Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级的增加,BNP和hs-CRP逐渐增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺心病心力衰竭患者hs-CRP、BNP水平明显升高,可作为临床评估指标。

목적:탐토폐심병심력쇠갈환자뇌납태( BNP)、초민C반응단백( hs-CRP)여심공능관계,위림상진단평고폐심병심력쇠갈환자제공의거。방법선택아원폐심병심력쇠갈환자200례(질병조),병진행심공능분급;선취동기건강인군200례(대조조),측량혈청hs-CRP、BNP수평。결과질병조BNP화hs-CRP분별위415.28±96.73f g/ml화86.83±17.50 ng/ml,균고우대조조(P<0.05);수착심공능분급Ⅰ급Ⅱ급、Ⅲ급、Ⅳ급적증가,BNP화hs-CRP축점증고,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론폐심병심력쇠갈환자hs-CRP、BNP수평명현승고,가작위림상평고지표。
Objective To investigate the relationship of heart function to brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP) and high sensitive C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) in patients with chronic pulmonary heart failure. Methods 200 pa-tients with chronic pulmonary heart failure were selected as the disease group and their cardiac function was classi-fied. At the same time, 200 healthy people were selected as the control group. Their serum Hs-CRP and BNP were measured. Results The value of BNP and hs-CRP was 415. 28 ± 96. 73 fg/ml and 86. 83 ± 17. 50 ng/ml respective-ly in the disease group, which were obviously higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). With the increase of heart function grading, the levels of BNP and hs-CRP gradually increased (P<0. 05). Conclusion The high levels of hs-CRP and BNP can be used as a clinical evaluation index in patients with chronic pulmonary heart failure.
