目的：总结抗血小板治疗患者接受肺切除手术的临床经验。方法分析35例接受抗血小板治疗期间进行肺切除手术患者的临床资料，对照同期普通肺切除手术病例，对手术经过、术后恢复等临床资料进行比较分析。结果抗血小板治疗患者肺切除手术时间、出血、术后引流时间、住院时间、并发症发生率临床疗效与普通患者无明显差异。结论抗血小板治疗期间患者可以安全地进行肺切除手术，围术期计划性停用抗血小板药物，不增加心血管事件发生风险。

목적：총결항혈소판치료환자접수폐절제수술적림상경험。방법분석35례접수항혈소판치료기간진행폐절제수술환자적림상자료，대조동기보통폐절제수술병례，대수술경과、술후회복등림상자료진행비교분석。결과항혈소판치료환자폐절제수술시간、출혈、술후인류시간、주원시간、병발증발생솔림상료효여보통환자무명현차이。결론항혈소판치료기간환자가이안전지진행폐절제수술，위술기계화성정용항혈소판약물，불증가심혈관사건발생풍험。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of anti-platelet therapy in the treatment of pa-tients undergoing lung resection. Methods The clinical data of 35 cases that received anti-platelet therapy and un-derwent lung resections because of pulmonary ailment were analyzed. The operative procedures, perioperative and long-term results were compared to the control group. Results All patients recovered and no serious cardiovascular events occurred. The operative time, blood loss, drainage time, the rate of complication, hospital stay and long-term results were similar in the two groups. Conclusion Major lung resection can be performed safely in patients on anti-platelet therapy. Perioperative cessation of anti-platelet drug does not increase the risk of cardiovascular events.
