运用 DEA 方法和 Malmquist 指数对2007—2012年我国科技与金融结合效益进行静态与动态分析。研究结果表明：我国科技与金融结合效益18个地区有效，12个地区无效；从动态上看，Malmquist 指数呈现周期性波动，呈现出 2个波峰、2个低谷。在研究期间我国科技与金融结合效益出现了负增长，主要是金融资源配置效率下降引起的。

The paper provides static and dynamic analysis on the integration of science and technological -economy in Chi-na from 2007 to 2012 using Methods Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist Index.The result shows that 18 provinces which integrate science and technological -economy present beneficial result,while 12 provinces present constant benefit.From the dynamic perspective,Malmquist Index shows cyclical fluctuations.During the study,the integration of science and technological -economy in China appears negative growth which is mainly caused by the allocation of financial re-sources reduced.
