目的：观察固本驱风颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型中风先兆的临床疗效。方法将212例患者随机分为两组，对照组106例给予西药阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，治疗组106例给予固本驱风颗粒治疗，10d为1个疗程，两组均连续治疗3个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为98.1%，对照组为71.7%，两组疗效比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论固本驱风颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型中风先兆效果显著。

목적：관찰고본구풍과립치료기허혈어형중풍선조적림상료효。방법장212례환자수궤분위량조，대조조106례급여서약아사필림장용편치료，치료조106례급여고본구풍과립치료，10d위1개료정，량조균련속치료3개료정후판정료효。결과치료조총유효솔위98.1%，대조조위71.7%，량조료효비교，차이유현저성(P<0.05)。결론고본구풍과립치료기허혈어형중풍선조효과현저。
Objective Consolidition of Origin and Carminative Granules 'clinical curative effect was observed to treat stroke aura which is deficiency of vital energy and stasis blood. Methods Two hundred and twelve patients were divided into two groups. One hundred and six patients of control group were treated by Aspirin enteric coated tablets. The patients of treatment group were treated by Consolidition of Origin and Carminative Granules. Ten days were one course of treatment. The two groups were treated 3 courses continuously and then the curative effect was judged. Results Total efficiency of the treatment group was 98.1% and that of the control group was 71.7%. The difference was significant (P <0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion Consolidition of origin and carminative Granules'clinical curative effect was significant in treating stroke aura which is deficiency of vital energy and stasis blood.
