目的:研究白及治疗对小儿前臂骨骺骨折闭合复位术后机体炎症应激反应的影响。方法将2012年4月至2014年4月期间我院收治的100例小儿前臂骨骺骨折患者纳入研究,采用随机数表将入组者分为两组,观察组患者接受手法复位夹板外固定联合白及内服治疗,对照组患者接受手法复位夹板外固定联合常规支持治疗,比较两组患者炎症反应和应激反应程度。结果治疗后1周时,观察组患者的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α以及皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白及治疗有助于缓解机体的炎症和应激反应,是小儿前臂骨骺骨折闭合复位术后理想的治疗方法。

목적:연구백급치료대소인전비골후골절폐합복위술후궤체염증응격반응적영향。방법장2012년4월지2014년4월기간아원수치적100례소인전비골후골절환자납입연구,채용수궤수표장입조자분위량조,관찰조환자접수수법복위협판외고정연합백급내복치료,대조조환자접수수법복위협판외고정연합상규지지치료,비교량조환자염증반응화응격반응정도。결과치료후1주시,관찰조환자적IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α이급피질순、신상선소、거갑신상선소수평저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론백급치료유조우완해궤체적염증화응격반응,시소인전비골후골절폐합복위술후이상적치료방법。
Objective To study the effect of Bletilla Striata on inflammatory stress response after closed reduction in pediatric forearm epiphysis fracture. Methods 100 cases of pediatric forearm epiphysis fracture patients were enrolled and divided into two groups according to random number table. Observation group received manual reduction and splint external fixation combined with Bletilla Striata oral therapy, control group received manual reduction and splint external fixation combined with conventional support treatment. Then inflammation and stress response were compared. Results One week after treatment, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and cortisol, adrenaline, noradrenaline levels of observation group were lower than those of control group. Conclusion Bletilla Striata treatment is helpful to relieve inflammation and stress response;it's an ideal method in treating pediatric forearm epiphysis fracture.
