目的:为实现杏泻蜜药品内在质量真伪可控,建立杏泻蜜药品内在质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱方法对番泻叶进行鉴别,采用化学滴定法对蜂蜜进行含量测定。结果番泻叶薄层鉴别实验重现性良好,化学滴定法测蜂蜜中还原糖含量实验结果重现性好,空白无干扰,加样平均回收率为98.7%,RSD%=0.4%(n=6)。结论该法简便易行、结果准确可靠、重现性好,可用于杏泻蜜的质量控制。

목적:위실현행사밀약품내재질량진위가공,건립행사밀약품내재질량공제방법。방법채용박층색보방법대번사협진행감별,채용화학적정법대봉밀진행함량측정。결과번사협박층감별실험중현성량호,화학적정법측봉밀중환원당함량실험결과중현성호,공백무간우,가양평균회수솔위98.7%,RSD%=0.4%(n=6)。결론해법간편역행、결과준학가고、중현성호,가용우행사밀적질량공제。
Objective To control the inherent quality of Xing Xie Mi, quality criteria of Xing Xie Mi was established. Methods Thin layer chromatography ( TLC) method was used to identify senna, the reducing sugar content of honey was determined by chemical titration method. Results TLC experiment for identification of Senna showed good reproducibility. Chemical titration experiments to measure reducing sugar content in honey showed good reproducibility, without blank interference, and the average recovery was 98.7%, RSD% =0.4%(n=6) . Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible, can be used for quality control of Xing Xie Mi.
