目的:了解护士职业价值观现状,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法2014年2月至5月,采用分层随机抽样的方法在南昌市所有医院中随机抽取5家医院的护士共680名作为研究对象。采用护士职业价值观量表和自制的一般资料问卷对其进行调查,并分析其结果。结果护士职业价值观评分为(3.54±0.36)分,护士职业价值观4个维度均分10.78~34.76分,评分由高到低依次为信任、责任自由安全、照顾提供和行动主义。不同学历、受聘形式、年龄、职称、工作单位、自评成绩及对所从事岗位的态度对护士职业价值观总分的差异均有统计学意义。结论南昌市护士职业价值观处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者可根据不同特征护士对职业价值观不同的认知特点,进行科学的引导和管理,不断提高护士对职业价值观的认同。

Objective The passage will let the readers to know the status of nurses'occupational values. And the passage will analyze its influencing factors. Methods With the stratified random sampling method, a sample of 705 nurses was selected from 5 hospitals in Nanchang city from February 2014 to May 2014. We investigate nurses 'work values according to the inventory and our homemade general informational questionnaire. Results The score of nurses' occupational values is ( 3.54 ± 0.36) points and the average score of nurses'professional values from four dimensions is 10.78~34.76 points. The scores from high to low were trust, responsibility, freedom and safety, care provision and activism. Different education experience, employment forms, age, job title, work place, self-assessment scores and the attitudes toward the work has significant influence on the nurses 'occupational values (average P<0.01) .Conclusion Nanchang nurses' professional values are at or above the medium level. Nurse administrtors can use scientific guidance and management in accordance with the nurses'cognitive characteristics, to constantly improve nurses'congnitive agreement of professional nursing values.
