对某节制闸弧形钢闸门的锈蚀情况进行了调查。经分析,锈蚀的主因是门体上存在积水,积水发生的腐蚀主要是氧去极化腐蚀。通过贝叶斯更新后的锈蚀速率均值为0.031 nn / a,处于我国钢闸门锈蚀速率的正常水平。据此,通过改进闸门排水系统,排除门上积水,从根本上消除了产生锈蚀的主因,在此基础上进行热喷涂锌保护,并加强了工程的日常管理,防止积水滞留。从近几年的运行情况看,没发现明显锈蚀。

Corrosion of a steel arch gate of a regulating sluice was investigated and analyzed. The analysis indicated that the genesis of the gate corrosion was water - logging that nainly causes oxygen depolarization corrosion. The average corrosion rate updated by Bayesian theory is 0. 031nn / a,which is in a nornal level in China. According to the analysis results,the gate drain-age systen was inproved,which elininated the nain cause of corrosion fundanentally,on this basis,thernal spraying zinc pro-tection and strengthening daily nanagenent for preventing the water - logging retention were adopted. Through these neasures, no obvious corrosion is found in recent years.
