目的:建立气相色谱法同时测定小儿感冒颗粒中百秋李醇、薄荷脑、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯含量的方法。方法色谱柱:HP-5柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);柱温采用程序升温:起始40℃,保持5min,8℃/min升至180℃,保持2.5 min;进样口温度:250℃;检测器(FID)温度:300℃;载气为氮气,流速为2.0ml/min;进样量为1μl,分流比为20∶1。结果α-蒎烯在浓度为5.060-80.96μg/ml时线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为101.75%,RSD为1.3%(n=6);β-蒎烯在浓度为10.06~160.9μg/ml时线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为102.26%,RSD为1.1%(n=6);薄荷脑在浓度为5.035~80.56μg/ml时线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.32%,RSD为0.8%(n=6);百秋李醇在浓度为19.10~305.7μg/ml时线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.69%, RSD为1.5%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、准确,能同时测定4种有效成分的含量,可作为小儿感冒颗粒的质量控制。

Objective To establish a GC method for determination of patchouli alcohol,menthol,α-pinene,β-pinene in Xiaoerganmao Granules. Methods Column: HP-5 capillary column (30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);The increase of column temperature was controlled by programming:the initial temperature was 40℃ and maintained for 5 min,and then rose at 8℃/min up to 180℃ for 2.5min. The injector temperature was 250℃,the detector temperature was 300℃.The carrier gas was nitrogen, the flow rate was 2.0ml/min and the injection volumn was 1μl. The split ratio was 20∶1. Result The linear ranges of α-pinene,β-pinene, menthol and patchouli alcohol were at 5.060~80.96μg/ml (r=0.9999),10.06~160.9μg/ml (r=0.9997),5.035~80.56μg/ml (r=0.9997) and 19.10~305.7μg/ml (r=0.9998). The average recoveries (n=6) were 101.75%(RSD=1.3%, n=6),102.26% (RSD=1.1%, n=6), 98.32% (RSD=0.8%, n=6) and 99.69%(RSD=1.5%, n=6). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. And it could determine four components of the composition simultaneously. The method can be used for quality control of Xiaoerganmao Granules.
