随着我国可持续发展战略的提出，人们意识到生态环境问题存在的严峻挑战，渐渐增强了对生态环境的保护意识。该文以湖南省常德市灵泉镇为例，基于循环经济理念，分析了灵泉镇生态环境的现状，提出了生态环境的构建。
隨著我國可持續髮展戰略的提齣，人們意識到生態環境問題存在的嚴峻挑戰，漸漸增彊瞭對生態環境的保護意識。該文以湖南省常德市靈泉鎮為例，基于循環經濟理唸，分析瞭靈泉鎮生態環境的現狀，提齣瞭生態環境的構建。

With China's sustainable development strategy is put forward,people have realized that the seri?ous challenge of ecological environment problems and gradually strengthen the protection consciousness of ecological environment.The paper is use Lingquan town in Changde city Hunan province as an example, based on the concept of circular economy,analysis the construction of ecological environment in the con?struction of county-rural planning of the town,then build the first town of Hunan rural tourism and pro?mote the sustainable development of Lingquan town.
