目的：研究维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病老年患者的临床疗效。方法选取符合2型糖尿病诊断标准的60岁以上老年患者120例，按双盲法随机分为治疗组（60例），采用维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗及对照组（60例）采用二甲双胍加安慰剂治疗，半年后观察对比分析两组患者的情况。结果治疗前无差异，治疗半年后，治疗组在FBG、2hPG、HbA1c及BMI方面明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），而不良反应发生率在两组间没有明显差异。结论维格列汀联合二甲双胍对于治疗老年2型糖尿病有较好的疗效。
目的：研究維格列汀聯閤二甲雙胍治療2型糖尿病老年患者的臨床療效。方法選取符閤2型糖尿病診斷標準的60歲以上老年患者120例，按雙盲法隨機分為治療組（60例），採用維格列汀聯閤二甲雙胍治療及對照組（60例）採用二甲雙胍加安慰劑治療，半年後觀察對比分析兩組患者的情況。結果治療前無差異，治療半年後，治療組在FBG、2hPG、HbA1c及BMI方麵明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05），而不良反應髮生率在兩組間沒有明顯差異。結論維格列汀聯閤二甲雙胍對于治療老年2型糖尿病有較好的療效。
목적：연구유격렬정연합이갑쌍고치료2형당뇨병노년환자적림상료효。방법선취부합2형당뇨병진단표준적60세이상노년환자120례，안쌍맹법수궤분위치료조（60례），채용유격렬정연합이갑쌍고치료급대조조（60례）채용이갑쌍고가안위제치료，반년후관찰대비분석량조환자적정황。결과치료전무차이，치료반년후，치료조재FBG、2hPG、HbA1c급BMI방면명현저우대조조（P＜0.05），이불량반응발생솔재량조간몰유명현차이。결론유격렬정연합이갑쌍고대우치료노년2형당뇨병유교호적료효。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of metformin and vildagliptin in treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods We selected for 120 type 2 diabetes patients older than 60, divided them into two groups randomly,one group (60 cases) was treated with vildagliptin and metformin, and the other (60 cases) was treated with metformin plus placebo. Observed the situation of two groups of patients after six months .Results There were no significant differences in FBG, 2hPG, HbA1c and BMI between two groups before treatment;However, after treated six months, the FBG, 2hPG, HbA1c and BMI were significantly lower in the treatment groups, compare with control groups(P<0.05), however the incidence of adverse events did not differ significantly between the two groups. Conclusions Vildagliptin and metformin have a better efficacy in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
