目的:探讨3 M液体敷料预防老年患者使用电极片致皮肤损伤的应用效果。方法选取60例安置心电监护仪的老年患者,进行自身对照研究,根据电极片粘贴位置分常规侧和观察侧。在右锁骨中线与第2肋弓交界处及右肋弓下缘以下部位的区域,按常规方法直接粘贴电极片(常规侧);在左锁骨中线与第2肋弓交界处及左肋弓下缘以下部位粘贴电极片的区域,先喷洒3 M液体敷料,待干后再粘贴电极片(观察侧),两侧均间隔48 h更换1次电极片。观察患者两侧接触性皮炎发生率、揭除电极片时疼痛程度的差异。结果患者观察侧接触性皮炎发生率明显低于常规侧,揭除电极片时疼痛程度明显低于常规侧,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3 M液体敷料能有效预防老年患者使用电极片致接触性皮炎的发生,同时能降低揭除电极片时疼痛感,提高患者的舒适度,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토3 M액체부료예방노년환자사용전겁편치피부손상적응용효과。방법선취60례안치심전감호의적노년환자,진행자신대조연구,근거전겁편점첩위치분상규측화관찰측。재우쇄골중선여제2륵궁교계처급우륵궁하연이하부위적구역,안상규방법직접점첩전겁편(상규측);재좌쇄골중선여제2륵궁교계처급좌륵궁하연이하부위점첩전겁편적구역,선분쇄3 M액체부료,대간후재점첩전겁편(관찰측),량측균간격48 h경환1차전겁편。관찰환자량측접촉성피염발생솔、게제전겁편시동통정도적차이。결과환자관찰측접촉성피염발생솔명현저우상규측,게제전겁편시동통정도명현저우상규측,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론3 M액체부료능유효예방노년환자사용전겁편치접촉성피염적발생,동시능강저게제전겁편시동통감,제고환자적서괄도,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the effect of 3 M liquid dressing on the prevention of ECG electrodes-induced skin injury for aged patients. Methods Sixty aged patients with ECG monitoring were included for a self-control study. Conventional side and observation side were distinguished based on paste position of electrodes and 3 M liquid dressing was applied in observation side. The electrode was replaced with an interval of 48h then the incidence of contact dermatitis and the pain when removing the electrode were compared in both groups. Results There were lower incidence of contact dermatitis and less pain when removing the electrode in observation side, which indicated statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion 3 M liquid dressing is effective for the prevention of contact dermatitis meanwhile patients experience less pain when removing the electrode, which is worth to be promoted clinically.
