目的：探讨高血压性脑出血急性期患者的临床护理。方法选择2012年1月至2013年8月之间我院收治的105例高血压性脑出血患者，在急性期对其进行护理，包括密切观察病情变化、引流管护理、预防并发症，另外还要进行出院指导。结果105例高血压性脑出血患者中治愈45例，肌力处于4~5级；好转51例，肌力处于1~3级；自动出院5例；死亡4例。结论加强对高血压性脑出血急性期患者的护理，可以降低病死率，获得较好的临床效果，提高患者生活质量。

목적：탐토고혈압성뇌출혈급성기환자적림상호리。방법선택2012년1월지2013년8월지간아원수치적105례고혈압성뇌출혈환자，재급성기대기진행호리，포괄밀절관찰병정변화、인류관호리、예방병발증，령외환요진행출원지도。결과105례고혈압성뇌출혈환자중치유45례，기력처우4~5급；호전51례，기력처우1~3급；자동출원5례；사망4례。결론가강대고혈압성뇌출혈급성기환자적호리，가이강저병사솔，획득교호적림상효과，제고환자생활질량。
Objective To investigate the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in patients with acute clinical care. Methods From January 2012 to August 2013 in our hospital 105 cases of hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage, in the acute phase of its care, including close observation of changes in condition, drainage tube care, prevention of complications, another but also for discharge guidance. Results 105 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients were cured 45 cases, muscle strength is between 4-5;improvement in 51 cases, muscle strength is between 1-3 grade;discharged ifve cases;4 cases died. Conclusion Strengthening the care of patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can reduce mortality, access to better clinical results and improve the quality of life of patients.
