目的：缩短病程，又要避免后遗神经痛的发生，减少患者不必要的痛苦。方法治疗组35例采用雷火灸配合刺络拔罐治疗，对照组35例采用抗病毒药阿昔洛韦静滴，同时口服甲钴胺治疗。结果治疗1个疗程后，治疗组有效率97.14%，对照组有效率85.71%。结论雷火灸配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹的疗效较好。
목적：축단병정，우요피면후유신경통적발생，감소환자불필요적통고。방법치료조35례채용뢰화구배합자락발관치료，대조조35례채용항병독약아석락위정적，동시구복갑고알치료。결과치료1개료정후，치료조유효솔97.14%，대조조유효솔85.71%。결론뢰화구배합자락발관치료대상포진적료효교호。
